Returns

Return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Products damaged through customer use may not qualify.

Wrong or damaged item

If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or video. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or other resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund method and timing will be confirmed with the customer.

Return shipping

If the return is due to a wrong or damaged item supplied by us, we will work with you on the return arrangement. For change-of-mind returns, return delivery costs may be the customer's responsibility.
